We traveled from Kerala and stayed at Kinara Grand, Habsiguda for three days. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience. The hospitality here is non-existent. The lady at the reception was extremely rude, completely unwelcoming, and didn't even bother to smile. Because we were from Kerala, their attitude felt distinctly biased and impolite.To make matters worse, the restaurant manager was equally awful’he behaved very rudely and was not at all polite when we interacted with him. Almost the entire staff shared this terrible attitude, with the sole exception of a polite sweeper lady. On top of the hostile service, room hygiene was shocking’the toilets were heavily stained with urine. Management needs to seriously check the behavior of their front desk staff and restaurant manager. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place!The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in front of metro station.

Worst Reception staff - Bhagya sree.Worst Manager - HariThese people don't even have basic ethics how to talk to a customer.If they don't know how to communicate why were they put at the front office .The management should look at it.Even if you have all amenities good. The very talking and hospitality of your staff matters.When they don't do their job properly, every other thing goes wrong.Hire some people with basic work etiquettes

Very disappointing experience at Kinnara Grand, Habsiguda. We ordered Paneer 65, but due to the server’s negligence, we were served Chicken 65 instead. Unfortunately, without realizing it initially, we started eating it and later understood the mistake. Since it was a Saturday, which we consider an auspicious day, this incident affected us emotionally and spiritually. Staff should be more careful while serving food, especially when customers specifically order vegetarian items. Such mistakes are unacceptable and deeply upsetting. This is purely an act oflack of proper attention to customers.

Took my wife for a dinner,Loved the ambience, sat next to the lovely aquarium.Ordered Roti, Prawns and Kadai ChickenRoti was not smooth at allMost disappointing was Prawns it was not fresh and juicy at all, it also lacked the taste.Totally unhappy that my surprise to my wife was a disastrous.Would not recommend to my friends for sure.
