The hotel has an in house restaurant serving wide range of cuisinesand also a good garden area were people can relax and children can play . Anexcellent room service is provided to the guests. We checked in during the morning, and although the owner/staff took payment, they failed to properly inform us about the available facilities or services. The room's condition was unacceptable, with a strong damp and musty odor, visible damp spots, and poor cleanliness. The room was poorly maintained and did not meet expectations for the cost. Additionally, the TV was not functioning. When we inquired about lunch, we were told the restaurant was closed and we needed to find food elsewhere. Basic services like dining should be communicated before payment, not after check-in. The main problems were the lack of hospitality, cleanliness, maintenance, and communication. The property needs significant improvements in these areas. Overall, this stay did not offer good value, and I would not suggest this hotel to others.
