I didn't stay at the hotel but visited the restaurant for lunch with my family. The welcome and ambiance were nice, but the lunch experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. We ordered the Unlimited Andhra Meals and a Biryani, but the food quality was poor: the AC was off, making it uncomfortable; the Andhra Meals lacked authentic flavors and seemed like just rice, dal, rasam, sambar, and curd without traditional taste; the rice was badly cooked with dry lentils and a peas-potato gravy; the curd was generic packet curd, not fresh or authentic, resembling a basic Karnataka meal rather than Andhra cuisine. The Biryani was also bad, with overcooked mushy rice and tough chicken pieces. Additionally, the billing was misleading: two Diet Cokes were charged at Rs. 99 each instead of the Rs. 80 menu price, and an excessive service charge over Rs. 100 was added. If a restaurant charges premium prices, it should provide quality food and honest billing. I was completely unhappy with this meal and cannot recommend this place. Please don't mislead customers with the "Andhra" label if the food and taste don't match.
