Room ke matress to aise ki jaise bnda inke ander hi dhasta chala jaye, jaise koi daldal..Itne soft ki jaise spring lga rkhe ho in logo ne aur nirma si safedi ke sath khushbu dar matress.. mashallah... Never seen such a pathetic matress in any hotel room. Highly disrecommended..Itna bda to bed nhi tha, jitne pillow sja rkhe the aur vo bhi, ek pillow soft spring wala aur ek me kisi insan ko thus rkha ho..Machar bhi the room me aur all out khne pe hme bola gya ki, iske liye hm kya kr skte h, phir baad me khne sunne ke baad milli..Washroom clean nhi the, smell thi..Hygeine nhi tha..Parking bhi nhi thi dhang ki..Overall 1.5/10Not recommend at all.Neend hi nhi aayi, bed pe.. aur Upar se AC shor kr rha tha puri raat..
I have actually stayed here before, as this is a fairly budget-friendly accommodation option. However, my last few experiences have been very disappointing.Cleanliness has always been an issue. I wasn't expecting the rooms to be spotless, but I do believe they should at least be clean enough that the lack of cleanliness isn't immediately noticeable. Unfortunately, you could find little uncleaned messes without even having to look for them.My last stay was exceptionally bad. After checking in, I was given a room, and the moment I walked in, I noticed that it was extremely dirty. The comforter and pillows were visibly unclean. There was even a clear mark on the comforter that looked like someone had wiped their dirty feet on it. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned, despite the dirt being clearly visible.I requested another room, but unfortunately, the second room had the same problem. The sheets were dirty, and there was literally pubic hair on the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. Naturally, I refused to take the room and asked the reception for another one.That was when I faced an issue I had never experienced at this particular hotel before: the new staff was rude and completely unaccommodating. I had always considered the staff to be one of the hotel's positive aspects, as they had previously been polite and accommodating. This time, however, things were very different.When I asked for a third room, the person at the reception simply responded, "Puri duniya reh rahi hai" — essentially implying that the entire world stays like this and that I was the only person complaining.That response completely ruined my experience with the hotel. At that point, I would have simply walked out, but I had already paid in advance and knew I would not be able to get a refund.I genuinely hope the management takes the cleanliness issues seriously and also addresses the way guests are treated when they raise legitimate concerns.
