One of the best i come across..Wether it's hygiene of the food preparation, the quality of ingredients and excellent ambience with class service...Happy to share a real feed back to the civilised customer..

I had a business stay recently in mid of October25- compared to my previous stays this time the hospitality and the room making is very poor and the response from the housekeeping is also not satisfactory when we called to clean the room. From Day of my stay one or multiple issues being reported to front desk but the way they attend and treat our requirements is very poor and seems the quality of service that they offer now is getting decreased,

Food was good. the reception on first day was less cooperative reast were good. shampoo flavour to improve there was no toothpaste. oiling of door lock was due. the contact no of reception and the timings of breakfast should be intimated to customer. the recption guy persisted on asking adhaar though i had 4 more govt id proofs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Meghala from 9’11 September during my official tour to Vizag, and my experience was extremely disappointing.The front desk person, Prasanna Kumar, was very uncooperative. I had informed about my early check-in, 6 AM in advance, yet upon arrival I was made to wait at least 30 minutes while he did paperwork.The first room allotted to me was in terrible condition ’ dirty, with cockroaches here and there, and hair all over the bed. After complaining they changed the room, but even the second one too was not good and had cockroaches. But I was too exhausted to do that again, so I had no choice but to stay.The checkout process was also unnecessarily time-consuming. Overall, the service of this hotel is far below standard, especially when compared to the tariff they charge. I have stayed in many hotels across the country, but this was by far the worst.I initially intended to rate it 1 star, but I am giving 2 stars only because the restaurant staff were supportive and courteous.

improve service, i was with my wife for brunch. Service is very poor. Staff was not able to take proper order and after finishing one chapathi we were waiting for another chapathi more then 15 minutes. Chapathi was not properly cooked.
