I have came to this hotel for one day stay. But the service they provide is worst. I came told them I want to watch YouTube on TV. They told that recharge is over. That why youTube is not coming. I told them to recharge then they told it won't be possible u can only watch TV channel. That is this they have taken 1800/- for one night and wouldn't able to provide the service also to the visitors.Bed are also dirty.And when leave they ask u to give them 5star ratings.Never gonna come again not gonna recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the amenities were top-class, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience. The restaurant served delicious food, and the location was perfect. Truly one of the best hotel experiences ’ I would definitely love to visit again.Love to stay at HOTEL NEW GANGA’’

Hopeless room. Very dirty rooms, had spit stained walls. The AC leaked water during the whole stay. I mentioned this to reception, they asked me to switch it off for 10 mins and turn it back on again. Expecting me to do this the whole night? Utter nonsense. The bed sheet and blanket were stained too.During checkout, they reception asked to open app and rate them, pointing towards 5 stars. That explained me the high ratings on this property.Worst hotel experience in the recent times.

I had a really pleasant experience staying at Hotel New Gangaa for two days. After my first night, I checked out but decided to come back again the next day because I genuinely liked the hotel and its service. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help.The complimentary breakfast was excellent ’ fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of items. The in-house restaurant also served delicious food, both in quality and presentation. Everything was well prepared and hygienic.The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to the main areas yet peaceful and comfortable for rest. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and offered great value for money.Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hotel New Gangaa to anyone visiting the area. I’ll surely choose this place again for my next stay!
