Couple • India • Jun 2025Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Hygiene Issues I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room was dusty, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were no basic toiletries provided, not even soap, which is the bare minimum any hotel should offer. To make it worse, there was no dustbin in the room, which made things really inconvenient. The service was just as poor. The staff had zero product knowledge and couldn’t answer simple questions about the facilities or services offered. Every time I asked for help or clarification, they seemed clueless and uninterested. Overall, the stay was frustrating and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they make serious improvements in both service and cleanliness.
