I am the most dissatisfied customer. I booked the room for 2nights but had to change 3 rooms on the vary first day still couldn't sleep because lots of bed bugs crawling on the bed and got bitten by some of the bugs also. So, next day we had to change the hotel. The room was very spacious no doubt but maintenance was very poor even received the breakfast and lunch after 1 n half hour of ordered .
Sadly I did not take any photos. But the experience here is terrible and this property does not qualify for any star*. The room was stinky, the wasroom had spit stain, the pillow was dammped and stinking. The water mixer tap was broken. The mirror was old had some discoloration. My wife and I had cheked in on the register and went in the room to check but we were horrified by the condition. I am not only one complaining there was another couple complaining the AC was not working. Agoda is not refunding my money. Asking for proof; sadly I did not stay there even for 5min and they are asking for picture proof.
