I paid a decent amount expecting a comfortable and better-quality hotel, so I was extremely disappointed with this property. I was not expecting the property to actually be an OYO, especially considering the amount I paid through Agoda.The property itself felt poorly maintained and questionable. The room felt like entering an old house rather than staying in a proper hotel. There were spiders in the washroom, and there was a plastic table and plastic chair in the room. For the price I paid, I definitely did not expect this level of accommodation.The service was the most disappointing part. During checkout, one of the workers directly asked me for a tip. When I asked why, she said it was because she had cleaned the room, even though we had not requested or received any additional service during our stay. She kept following me and asking for a tip. When I asked where the manager was, she said that she was the manager.This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. For the amount paid, I expected much better accommodation, cleanliness, and basic professional service.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately ruined a part of our trip. I would definitely not choose this property again.
