I went to Indrapuri Hotel for lunch and had a very bad experience. The service was terrible, with very old waiters, and it took nearly 40 minutes for a plate of fried rice to arrive at my table. The lemonade was warm, and when I asked for ice cubes, the waiter gave me angry looks just for asking. The fried rice tasted worse than I expected. I will never come back to this hotel for food. The staff were constantly fighting and shouting loudly at each other, ignoring the customers.

The team exceeded our expectations to make us comfortable. A big thank you to Mr. Anandu at the front desk for providing helpful local advice and managing our needs flawlessly. Outstanding hospitality throughout our stay!

I enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay here. The accommodations were very cozy, and the food was consistently excellent during our time. We ate several meals at the hotel, and every dish was tasty and skillfully made. Special thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality and assistance. The General Manager, Mr. Ananthan, expertly oversaw everything to make sure our visit was seamless and unforgettable. Many thanks to the team for their kind welcome. I highly suggest this place for anyone seeking a comfortable stay with delicious food and top-notch service!

This is the worst restaurant ever, causing diarrhea and just a complete show off. The furniture and setup look royal, but the harsh reality is that the server put his thumb inside the biriyani bowl while serving, and the papad was handed over with dirty bare hands. There was even an ant in the boiled water. The biriyani was basically uncooked basmati rice topped with tomato and onion curry, and the mutton was completely raw and unhygienic. Four of my relatives ate here and ended up with diarrhea. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this place until a health inspector checks it. Thankfully, my relatives are alive, but they wanted to complain immediately and unfortunately didn't, so they suffered the consequences.

Very dissatisfied. My order was missing items, and even after reaching out to both the restaurant and Zomato immediately, I have received no solution or refund for two days. The restaurant said Zomato would take care of it, but it seems like an easy way to hold onto my money for something I never got. This goes beyond an error; it shows a complete absence of honesty. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.
