Don't ever go to this place.Two days ago, my mother and I stayed at this hotel, and it was a very unpleasant experience. The staff were rude, especially the receptionist, Ms. Kavitha.Before arriving, we called the hotel from Ernakulam to inquire about the room rent. A staff member informed us about the room charges, but there was no mention of any advance payment. When we reached the hotel, Ms. Kavitha demanded an advance payment of ’3,000. This was the first time we were hearing about such a requirement. When my mother politely asked why this had not been mentioned over the phone, Ms. Kavitha raised her voice and spoke very rudely to her. She behaved as though she owned the hotel.The other staff members were also unfriendly and did not know how to treat customers properly.The room itself was disappointing. There was no ventilator in the bathroom, and the bathroom door was very difficult to open. The bedsheets appeared to have been used, and dirty blankets were left lying on the floor. The bathroom was not clean, and overall, the room felt dirty and poorly maintained.In addition, the food was overpriced for the quality of service provide and unable to sleep at night due to some disturbances keep coming from outside the room, some kind of maintaince work were going on.I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Very, very poor service and a highly disappointing experience.

For providing water bottles and tea coffee maker items, I ranged to reception and I was directed to call room service. I got reply ( not in a courteous tone) from room service that it's not their duty. So again I had to contact reception. Then only it was provided, as if the staff occupying the reception counter had no idea about to whom each duties are entrusted.
