Disappointing Breakfast Experience

The breakfast arrangement was quite disappointing. Despite the breakfast being a paid service, the hotel had allocated two very small rooms, which were insufficient to accommodate all the guests comfortably. Additionally, there were repeated delays in replenishing and placing food on the buffet. As a result, guests had to wait unnecessarily for the food to be served, which made the overall breakfast experience inconvenient and frustrating. For a paid breakfast service, better space management, timely replenishment of food, and proper coordination among the staff are expected. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a smoother experience for guests in the future.

I stayed for two nights and the place is just a 10-15 minute walk from the main spots in Kanyakumari. The rooms were clean, everything worked fine, and having a balcony was a nice touch. They also have a 24-hour kiosk where you can grab sodas if you pay at the front desk. The only downside is that breakfast is served in a tiny room that gets super crowded, so it feels more like a chore than a nice meal; they really need to improve that area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
