Stayed for a day in this hotel with child. Room was clean and staff was very polite. Complimentary breakfast was good but with very few items.

We stayed here on 26th Nov after seeing good reviews on Agoda and Google maps. We were devastated by the state of this hotel. To start with, car parking space was given outside next to the highway, with not even a compound wall seperation. The rooms were in shambles, with torn linen, bug ridden ceiling(there was even a bug dead in the wall sconch). Bathroom also had its share of creepy crawlies. AC did not work as expected, had to pull their team for this. There was hair on the bedsheet and the bath towels were all damp and soiled, even after calling for fresh ones. To add insult to injury, the complementary buffet was served outside on the road, to sit inside a closed cafe we needed to pay for our breakfast. We couldn't have got a worse experience than this. Pl do research for other properties in Kanyakumari. This property is a big scam.
