The overall experience seemed good and the view was pleasant.

Our family really enjoyed the hotel. Nearly all the amenities within the property were available. Parking was accessible both inside and outside the premises. The rooms were clean and respectable.

Our stay was very disappointing. The bedsheets and towels hadn't been changed before our arrival, and the trash left by the previous guest was still there. The room was obviously not cleaned properly. To make things worse, there was vomit on the wall, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. On a positive note, Praveen from the staff handled the situation professionally and quickly arranged another room for us. His assistance was much appreciated. Overall, the housekeeping standards were very poor, and the hotel really needs to improve its cleanliness and room checks before guests arrive. I wouldn't recommend staying here until these problems are fixed.

The property is well kept and the staff is very attentive. The team is always willing to assist or guide guests. The rooms offer great comfort. It is located about 150 meters from Sunset Beach, 1 km from Sunrise Beach, and roughly 2 km from the main temple, Bhagwathi Aman (Goddess Kanyakumari). Suggestions for improvement include the management considering setting up a fully operational kitchen. Currently, there are no nearby restaurants, so guests must rely on food delivery services or travel about 2 km. With ongoing developments in the area, having a kitchen could also draw in walk-in customers.
