Sunrise Hotel

We spent three days here in July 2026. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. The location is great. There is a shared balcony offering a beautiful view of the sea and Vivekananda Rock. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we plan to stay here again in the future.

I booked room on 19/07/26 to 20/07/26 but i reached delay in timing 8.30am sunrise reception told no room for you because you may check in 6:00am itself and then I told in travel inconvenience for me so only I delay reached the hotel and then reception told you check up within 12:00pm itself . So my request I told in sunrise hotel please support customer.

The location is the main benefit, though other hotels offer this too. The rooms are just average, which is acceptable for the price. Housekeeping is not thorough. However, the room was clean at check-in. This is my second stay; the first was two months ago during a busy period. This time, despite fewer guests, the rates were much higher. I don't agree that we got a cheaper room before. When I showed the bank transaction, the receptionist seemed almost angry. Not wanting to look for another room with elderly people, we decided to stay this time, but it will be the last.
