The rooms and bathroom were not clean, with dirty bed sheets, and both the AC and TV were broken, which made the stay very unsatisfactory. Additionally, the receptionist was very rude and treated us disrespectfully. The rooms shown in the pictures do not match what is displayed on the website.

Neglected Stay Warning

Poor management and upkeep, the bed, mirror, bathroom, and bed sheets were all terrible, and the AC was broken. When we raised complaints, they did not take proper responsibility or offer solutions. This place is not a homestay; it feels more like a slum with no proper maintenance. Avoid this homestay to prevent ruining your plans with your family.

Avoid staying here if you visit Kanyakumari. It's not worth the money. There's no drinking water, no elevator, and the mattress and pillows are in terrible condition. The fan in the room barely blows any air. If you want to use your money well, don't think about this hotel. Staying at a bus shelter would be better.
