Hotel Lotus Prime Inn

I booked a Suite room for two people with breakfast included, for which I paid extra. The hotel listing clearly mentioned 24-hour check-in, which was a major reason I chose this property.However, when we arrived at around 7:00 AM, the staff on duty refused to check us in or provide any assistance. Instead, he told us to “go roam around and come back after 11 AM,” claiming there was a new check-in policy. If that is the case, why is it not updated on the website? I would not have booked this hotel otherwise.We were extremely tired and requested early check-in, even offering to pay extra. The staff said no rooms were available. However, this turned out to be false — when we eventually checked in, we clearly saw that multiple rooms were actually available at that time. This made the earlier denial even more frustrating and misleading.To make matters worse, just moments after we were denied, another couple checked out. When we requested that room, he still refused and simply went back to sleep on the sofa, covering himself with a sheet.Left with no option, I contacted Agoda customer support. Thankfully, they were very helpful and responsive. After they intervened and contacted the hotel management, the staff member (***) finally processed our check-in.During check-in, he made an unprofessional remark saying that since we had “called and forced this,” he would ensure we were checked out at the exact same time, even if we were sleeping.Even after checking in, the experience remained poor:No towels, soap, or basic amenities were provided.Despite repeated requests, the staff ignored us and went back to sleep.The TV remote was missing.When I asked about breakfast (which I had already paid for), he said it needed to be booked one day in advance. We had already booked the room a day prior—nowhere was it mentioned that breakfast required a separate manual booking. This was extremely confusing and unacceptable, especially since the hotel itself displayed signs stating “Free Complimentary Breakfast and WiFi.”After resting, we came down at around 11 AM and met the morning staff, who were polite and helpful. They apologized, provided the missing amenities, and explained that breakfast service was only available until 10 AM. Had we been informed properly earlier, we could have availed it.Later that night, the same night staff member returned. When we requested an extra pillow and bedsheet, he again refused, saying what was already in the room was sufficient. Only after confronting him did he reluctantly agree, but he still sent only a bedsheet and no pillow.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The night staff was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and misleading, especially regarding room availability, and seemed more concerned about his sleep than guest service. The only positive aspect was the polite and helpful morning staff.I am sharing this review so that future guests are aware of the reality before booking.

I stayed at Hotel Lotus Prime yesterday, which I booked through Agoda. Overall, my experience was really good.The room was quite spacious, and the washroom was also large and well-maintained. Both the room and the washroom were very clean and hygienic. The bed was full-sized, and the mattress and bedsheets were neat and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing.All the facilities like AC, TV, WiFi, and landline were working perfectly. The staff was polite and helpful, and the service was quick and smooth.The lobby was also clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression of the hotel.Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.
