My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the payment and check-in process. At the time of booking, one amount was shown, but during check-in I was asked to pay an additional amount before they would allow me to check in.This kind of unexpected extra payment is extremely frustrating, especially when the booking is already confirmed. The **no-refund policy makes the situation even worse**, as guests have very limited options once they have made the booking.In my opinion, guests should be clearly informed about the **complete and final payable amount before booking**, with no unexpected charges at check-in. The overall experience felt misleading, and I would advise other travellers to carefully confirm all charges and the refund policy before making a reservation.
The hotel is good, the room is comfortable, and the staff is also friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom was not properly clean, and the AC was not working properly. If these two things are improved, the overall experience would be much better.
