Very bad room service. Had to wait so long to even get a bottle of water.
I have booked single big size bed but they provide two singke bed room. The counter staff told me that other rooms are all occupied. What I felt that they are giving priority for walking customer and they can tell higher rate to them. And no facility to hang our clothes in wardrobe( see photo) and just outside the door there are concreets are damaged. No door mat near bathroom door. Very very poor management
No lights in corridors, bad smelling rooms, soiled bed sheets and covers, stained and dusty carpets. Faulty door handles, poor maintained fittings in bathrooms. Dirty bathrooms. As it we checked-in late and were with kids, we were unfortunately not able to cancel the stay and look for a new hotel. If not for the timing, we would have definitely cancelled the stay and looked other options. The photos maintained in the advertisements are very old - possibly during the hotel inauguration. Looks like after this the hotel was never cleaned.
