Hotel Polariz

An exceptional stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our family stayed at Hotel Polariz last week, and it was truly a great experience. The hospitality was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely polite, professional, and caring. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just 2 km from Parassinikkadavu Muthappan Kavu, making it a very convenient choice for families visiting the temple. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and strongly recommend Hotel Polariz for a quality and family-friendly stay.

My family and I booked two rooms here this month. I have nothing but praise for the staff’their service was excellent. They attended to our needs immediately and were very well-behaved.’However, the rooms were not clean, especially the bedsheets. In one of the rooms, there was an unbearable smell in the bathroom even before we started using it. Also, the stand for the extra bed made a lot of noise whenever someone sat on it. Overall, only the staff service was good; the actual room facilities were a huge disappointment.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The receptionist and staff were extremely unprofessional and their behavior was unpleasant. The swimming pool was not in working condition, making it a fake facility advertised as an attraction. I paid ’2000 for a non-AC room, which offered no additional amenities’just the room itself. There was no television, and nothing beyond the bare minimum was provided. Overall, it was a terrible stay. I strongly advise others not to book this place so they don’t go through the same bad experience.

Room and the food are nice . Only the one staff in the hotel is not nice to us . He don’t know how to give a better service to a customer
