Hotel Rainbow Suites

I recently stayed at Rainbow Suites and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant was excellent, and the fitness center was top-notch. The hospitality and service were outstanding, especially thanks to Vysakh and his hotel management team 👌👍🙏👏💪

PLEASE CHECK ROOM FIRST BEFORE YOU CHECK IN. Believe me - the rooms are not what they show in online photos! There were no actual blackout curtains, the bedsheets were stained, and what felt like a very old used blanket cover was given, and there were moths in the bathroom. The vibe felt very gloomy. Lodge like feeling - while I was paying around ’3000 for each night for an executive room! When this was reported the manager refused to refund. I wasted ’6400 for checking in without checking the room first! As a women speaking to the manager he approached with a "why can't you adjust attitude", and was asking me why I reported to MMT. And charged me all the amount for asking to change the bedsheets. Miserly and unpleasant. I haven't got a fair refund as verbally agreed upon. VERY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE. Our friend who checked in for a few hours also had a similar experience. Dirty bedsheets especially. Isn't this basic stuff? Very unprofessional and undoubtedly greedy for looting people. Places like these must be inspected and banned. I will be reporting this further as a consumer!

We checked out the place before making a reservation and chose not to stay. The rooms seemed subpar and not as well kept as we had hoped. The furniture seemed outdated, and there were noticeable stains in the bathroom, which made the overall maintenance seem lacking. This hotel might work for budget travelers with simple needs, but from what we saw, it didn't match the quality we wanted.
