KTDC Loom Land, Kannur

Although part of the KTDC hotel chain and well situated with clean, spacious premium rooms, the biggest drawback appeared to be the Room Service. There was no one to properly assist, and the service staff seemed very casual and laid back, likely due to staff shortages. The reception desk staff also appeared too informal. This is disappointing for an institution like IRCTC, which people depend on for travel and accommodation. As a frequent traveler, I was let down by Loom Land Kannur because of the lack of responsibility and casual attitude of the staff. Bathrooms were unattended with broken taps, and no one seemed to take charge. Someone needs to oversee and improve the hotel's operations. On the positive side, the lunch was excellent, which was the only redeeming factor. Otherwise, I would not choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, including the kitchen team, room service, front office, housekeeping, and for your excellent hospitality. The food was delicious too! I'm really looking forward to staying here again ❤️

Close to the town center. I stayed here with friends for a wedding event. Breakfast was decent—not outstanding, but satisfactory. The room was comfortable for a single night. If you want a budget-friendly place in Kannur town, this is a suitable choice.

I stayed at KTDC Loom Land during my solo visit to Kannur and found it very comfortable. The hotel's prime location near the railway station and bus stand made getting around Kannur easy. The rooms, especially the suites, were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The on-site restaurant offered tasty meals, and I liked that food was served until midnight, which is convenient for late arrivals. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, KTDC Loom Land is an excellent budget choice for visitors to Kannur, providing comfort, convenience, and friendly service. I highly recommend it.
