The hospitality was very unsatisfactory. We had to wait in the lobby without any AC, cooler, or fan to keep us comfortable. The staff acted unprofessionally and rudely. Additionally, our guest was disrespected and ended up feeling offended. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

I recently hosted my sister's marriage nischayam at Broad bean Hotel, Kannur and it was a great experience!The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. They were attentive, courteous, and super responsive.Parking space was ample. The food was very delicious. The catering team offered a diverse range of options, and the presentation was good. Overall it was stress free experience.
