If you are on a budget, it is probably one of the better options in Kannur. At a very affordable rate, you get all facilities. Challenges we faced were 1. The hot water doesnt get hot if it it is raining or during some time of the day. 2. Once, dark, possibly contaminated water was discharging from the bath water line3. The non Keralite staff are rude, salesy and very oppportunistic. 4. In the rooms we got, we cannot lock the room from inside which we felt was a serious security issue especially when travelling with families5. The buckets and mugs were greasy.There is a really nice vegetarian hotel that is right next in a mall
Good Hotel, Staffs are great ! Super convenient location. Right on the highway next to a mall.
Value for money, budget hotel, located on main road and in the city also close to railway station. Only thing bothered me is tiny cockroaches in room, other than this no complaints at all.

One of the best hotel to stay at an affordable range in kannur. Everything is fine rooms are spacious hot water available and staffs are also too good every time they gave us a smile and that means a lot for me and the only con i found out is normal fan is missing in the room it’s not a big problem for me but somehow if fan also was there it will be nice.

While the staff were very nice, the place lacked proper hygiene. There were many cockroaches. We had booked two rooms, and a centipede was found in the bathroom of one of them.
