Lovely resort offering excellent hospitality. Our stay was both relaxing and unforgettable.

This was the worst experience I've ever encountered; every room was infested with cockroaches. It was extremely disappointing and I had a terrible time with my family.

We had high hopes for clean, comfortable, and well-kept rooms after reading positive feedback on Google, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor. Sadly, our experience was entirely different and very disappointing. The rooms were overrun with cockroaches, insects, and leafcutter ants. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, blackout curtains were absent, and the toilets were unhygienic with noticeable yellow stains. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were well below any acceptable hotel standard. It's hard to put into words how poor the accommodation was. To add to the frustration, the hotel staff seemed untrained and ill-equipped to deal with these problems. The receptionist tried multiple times to reach housekeeping, but no one responded or took action to fix our concerns. This shows a serious lack of customer service, coordination, and management. In summary, our stay was very disappointing. The bad state of the rooms, along with the hotel's failure to respond quickly or resolve the issues, made our experience unacceptable. We expected basic cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service standards, but the hotel did not meet even these minimum requirements. Based on what we went through, we cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers. We strongly encourage the management to urgently improve cleanliness, maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service to avoid similar experiences for future guests. The room was not good. After we checked in, they cleaned the room, but it should have been cleaned before our arrival. The bed was in bad condition and was not comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was not clean, and the toiletries were provided only after we asked for them

Terrible experience. The room and bathroom were dirty, and cockroaches were crawling inside the room as shown in the attached pictures.
