Green Park Residency

I am a traveller and came with family from Asia. We booked the room, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was a strong urine smell in one of the rooms, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable ’ dust everywhere and no proper cleaning at all.One of the most serious issues was safety. In another room, I got an electric shock when trying to plug in a charger, which is very dangerous and completely unacceptable for any hotel.The bathroom condition was also terrible. There was a large hole in the toilet area, which made it feel unsafe and unhygienic ’ it even seemed possible for insects or small animals to enter.When we raised these issues with the staff, their response was very poor and unhelpful. There was no proper action taken, and they did not seem concerned about guest safety or comfort.Overall, this place lacks basic cleanliness, maintenance, and responsible customer service. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or groups.

They make as wait at the reception for 1 hour even though we booked the room before 2 days. Room was not clean enough. Shower was not working. Bathroom door waa not able to close. There is a window in the bathroom, through that the whole kannur can see us. While we was sleeping one guy hanged on a rope and started working outside the glass window. Sleep was distourbed and iur privacy was gone. Lights is not working. Wifi is only imaginary. Very bad stay.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was unhygienic with foul-smelling bedsheets and stained towels. No basic toiletries were provided. The room was poorly maintained’some lights didn’t work and the main electrical board was broken, which is a serious safety concern. Mosquitoes added to the discomfort, and I couldn’t sleep properly. This hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and maintenance standards.

We stayed here just for a night on our road trip from Goa to Kochi. We booked a family room with a queen sized bed and 2 additional cots. The room was spacious, well lit, good furniture and clean rooms. As such I found it to be a good experience, although the price was too high but that’s the same in most places. It’s very near to a busy road and railway station, so expect the rooms to be noisy if thats an issue.

Description on website was not clear as room facilities was not given on the homepage no facility in room not even toiletries rooms were dirty plugs were not working No staff was there to help us to pick our luggage. At breakfast time almost menu is over. Not worth a single penny
