Clyford Inn

Nice hotel with clean rooms. But the service is minimalist. Seems like they are undergoing some renovation or so. The staff and friendly and caring.

Firstly Let me start off with a Positive feedback. The location is amazing, Its in the heart of the City close to all the Major attractions and restaruants!! I had booked a stay with this hotel for 2 days in Delux Rooms. As soon as we arrived we Didn't get a room boy to help us with our lugguage. After checking in unfortunately the room quality wasn't up to mark and as you all know kannur's weather is humid so Acc needs to be up and running. But that wasn't the case here. One of our room had good Acc cooling and the other that was given to me which was on 3rd floor was not working at all. Top of this their intercom was not working too ,the bedsheets had stains and seems not changed,the switches and the wardrobes were all not in good condition. When I complained about this they did check and confirmed me everything was sought out. But that wasn't the case. I again requested them to change the Room and they did. But there too the Acc was not up to mark and only with 10% cooling. They are still living with Acc that I guess would have purchased 10 Years Ago an OId Model. I am sorry to Say they have 0 service and not welcoming!! I had to live with this Room as a Non Acc with a child!! And during Check out when I confronted the front table and requested them to reduce the per day charges they did not compensate or neither had any reason. At last even during check out they never provided us with a room boy service. They charged me 2400 Rs per Night but it wasn't worth at all!! My check in was on 01-May-2026.

Extremely dirty hotel. Unhygienic to its worst.The white pillows were turned brown due to stains. Even healthy people will fall sick due to their unhygienic maintenance. Please, never book this hotel. It looks all good in the booking apps. In reality it’s the opposite.

One of the worst hotel in kannur.. rooms looked like it hasn’t been cleaned from last two weeks’sticky floor,hygiene issues and dust covered rooms,dirty,stained bedding,avoid this placeIt’s a waste of money

Great location, very near to Kannur Main market and railway station. Very helpful and polite staff, helped us in every way possible. Rooms are decent but could've been a bit better as per the price but overall a very good place to stay.
