Cheapest Luxury Hotel! But wait....Rooms - Comfortable bed, linens, size, deluxe rooms are mostly on ground floor and has a garden view which is aesthetic. We saw a lot of different plants and trees. Highlight was the Supari tree which was long and had full fledged suparis. Surrounding are clean and Staff is responsive.Service 4/5 - Positive Mention for support Staff - There was an issue with AC, Geyser not starting, Window not properly locked they resolved it within no time.We had a nice breakfast in the Morning Poori Matar sabzi, Vermicelli, 2 types of bread jam bjtter, Coffee/Tea, Cornflakes for kids, Pineapple and chutney Sandwich. So your tummy will be full.Even at night we decided to take their inhouse dinner and we were not disappointed the dishes were generous and nicely made. So if you don't want to hassle about Swiggy/Zomato or going out you should definitely try their dishes. Menu is always in the rooms.Also Do not skip adding breakfast to your room here because there are not a lot of outlets nearby.Location 2/5 - This is the only drawback here. Place is slightly secluded. Not too far away from Anjuna beach but if you are traveling solo or have security nightmare you might want to return back in time before night.There is a small market, huge wine shop, nice cafes and hotel (Cafe Sicily, angry sardar courtyard), a general store and a fruit shop nearby but you'll have to walk a bit or carry your vehicle.

Most affordable luxury hotel! But hold on... The rooms feature comfortable beds, quality linens, and a good size. Deluxe rooms are mainly on the ground floor with a garden view that's quite pleasing. We noticed many different plants and trees, with the Supari tree being a standout, full of ripe suparis. The surroundings are clean and the staff is attentive. Service rates 4/5 - special praise for the support staff who quickly fixed issues like the AC, geyser not working, and a window that wouldn't lock properly. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast including Poori Matar sabzi, vermicelli, two kinds of bread with jam and butter, coffee or tea, cornflakes for kids, pineapple, and chutney sandwiches, so you won't leave hungry. We also tried their in-house dinner at night and were pleased with the generous portions and good quality. If you want to avoid ordering from Swiggy or Zomato or going out, their menu (available in rooms) is worth trying. Don't skip adding breakfast to your stay since there aren't many nearby food options. Location scores 2/5 - this is the only downside. The place is somewhat isolated. It's not too far from Anjuna beach, but if you're traveling alone or concerned about safety, you might want to return before dark. Nearby, there's a small market, a large wine shop, nice cafes and a hotel (Cafe Sicily, Angry Sardar Courtyard), a general store, and a fruit shop, but you'll need to walk or use your vehicle to reach them.

’’’’’’ Great family stay with excellent service!Really recommended place to stay for families. The main staff was so good and polite; they handled everything so well. Also, a special mention to Pradeep Kumar at the dining area’he was really good with us, so gentle and polite.’The only minor thing is that the location is a little bit inside and there are no streetlights on that stretch, but the excellent hospitality more than makes up for it as an exception! Highly recommended.
