The food is really tasty and portion size is quite big

Don’t book room with breakfast’ they will provide you limited option in your room only’. Instead of proper buffet like other hotels.. n really expensive in this price’ bad attitude..

I added complementary lunch and dinner with my executive room, and really sad that dinner we got was really bad or one can say tasteless as if I was eating some railway station midnight food.

I had heard rave reviews about this place, which set high expectations for my visit.Ambiance: The ambiance is generally good.Service: However, the service was slow, taking 30-35 minutes to serve the food. If you forget to order something and try to add it later, be prepared for another 10-15 minute wait.Food: As someone who has dined at some of the best restaurants in Lucknow, I was underwhelmed by the food served here. It didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste. That being said, I did enjoy the fish tikka, which was part of the non-vegetarian cuisine I ordered.Location: On the plus side, the location is convenient, situated close to the Hazratganj shopping area and right in front of Shahara Mall.

Very mediocre food, ambience and gentry.Not at all justifying the prices being charged.
