Hotel Sannidhi

We visited Hotel Sannidhi Restaurant after seeing many positive reviews and had high expectations. We assumed that finding a good biryani in Vijayawada wouldn't be difficult, but unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst biryani I've had in Vijayawada.The biryani lacked flavor, wasn't cooked well and chicken is spoiled, and was a complete disappointment. We tried a few other dishes as well, but apart from the Fried Rice and Curd Rice, we didn't enjoy anything else.Another unpleasant experience was with the service. The lady serving us initially appeared helpful, but later it felt like she was expecting and insisting on a tip, which made us uncomfortable. Tips should always be voluntary and based on the customer's experience, not something that guests feel pressured to give.Overall, the food did not meet our expectations, and the service experience made it even less enjoyable. I hope the management focuses on improving the quality of the food and ensures that customers are never made to feel obligated to tip. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Worst service. I have ordered panner biryani but received fish biryani without fish pieces. Being a people from Andhra can't we guess what the biryani will look and smell like. I have ordered family pack the complete bulk amount of rice went to trash.When some people specially ordering VEG one should be held responsible while packing. They just pack in rush as if we are not paying enough fr the food .I would rate 0/10

Location is near to railway station and bus stand and even durga ma temple.Rooms were completely neat and wash rooms Hygeinically they maintain.service also Good.In restaurant food was awesome

I was enquiry about rooms and buffet 1. Staff the way handing worst. 2. That lady was very rude she don't know how to handle customer. 3. The I have asked so many time to connect manager never connected.. I have travelled many states and many places but this kind of behaviour was disappointed, I won't recommend this hotel or restaurant stay away from this place, thank god before advance payment I have seen there reality..
