Very bad experience in My life,less than a lodge quality,not clean very bad wash rooms very smelly,not clean i never recommend this hotel for another people. Totally given us a negative vibe to our holiday time.

While empty, they hadn't been cleaned—a major red flag, especially since it wasn't just an isolated incident, but affected every single room we booked. It took them an additional 30 minutes just to get them ready.We paid around ***per night for a "Superior Room," but there is nothing superior about it. The rooms are severely unmaintained:Mild odors and peeling paintBroken, rusted pipes and cupboardsA heavy infestation of mosquitoesThe worst beds imaginable—sagging in the middle and making loud squeaking noises with every movement.Horrible Hospitality and ServiceIf you hope the staff might make up for the poor rooms, you will be deeply disappointed. No one offered to help with our luggage or assist with moving between rooms. Essentials like bath mats and towels weren't provided initially. However, despite the lack of service, the staff had no shame in aggressively demanding tips on the day of checkout, asking for money outright with zero subtlety.Major Inconveniences & Unsafe SituationsLocked Beach Access & Dark Alleys: The property advertises direct beach access, but we found the gate locked shut at 8:00 PM with no security guard anywhere in sight. When I called reception, the staff claimed it closes at 7:00 PM and was mentioned on the booking site—which was entirely false, as verified by our booking voucher. They also failed to communicate basic details like breakfast or kitchen timings during check-in.Zero Accountability: The receptionist casually told me he would try to inform security, but coldly added that he wasn't sure if the guard would bother opening it, asking us to wait by the gate. After waiting 15 frustrating minutes in the dark, no one ever showed up, and the hotel didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know not to wait. Because of this failure, we were forced to walk all the way back around through dark, unfamiliar alleys at night.Unprofessional Confrontation: When we confronted the receptionist about this later, he literally stood there smiling, tried to blame us, and offered no apology whatsoever. To top it off, because they delayed handing over our rooms until past 5:00 PM, we asked for a reasonable late checkout, but he flatly refused, offering a rigid one-hour extension at most.The staff clearly lack professional hospitality training and basic common sense. While the location is close to the beach, it is not worth the price. Save your money, stay safe, and book a proper hotel along ECR, an Airbnb, or somewhere that actually respects and looks after its guests.
