Hotel Sea Coast

I had a horrible experience at this hotel.The manager and reception staff initially refused to give us rooms. They only provided rooms after I started video recording.The corridor was full of empty water, soda, and alcohol bottles. The room AC was stuck on a fixed mode and temperature; you could not change it. The bathroom flush was not working and there was no geyser. I have supporting photos for all the issues I have mentioned here.For any issue, they said, "Tell MMT, I am not responsible for it. Go and talk to them since you booked the hotel through them."Only one person, Mr. Kaushik Mahapatra, supported us. Unfortunately, he was a waiter at Sea Coast Hotel but your staff should learn how to behave with the coustomer.

The hallway was littered with empty bottles of water, soda, and alcohol. The air conditioning in the room was stuck on one setting and temperature, with no way to adjust it. The bathroom flush didn't work, and there was no geyser. I have photos to prove all these problems. Whenever we raised an issue, they told us to contact MMT, saying they weren't responsible since the booking was through them. Only one person, Mr. Kaushik Mahapatra, helped us; he was a waiter at Sea Coast Hotel. However, your staff should learn proper customer service.

I recently stayed at Sea Coast for 3 days and honestly, I had a really good experience. I visited just 2 days ago and I’m genuinely satisfied with my stay.The staff behaviour was very good ’ they were polite, helpful, and quick with service. The rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. One of the best parts is that the beach is very close to the hotel, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The food was good and the pricing of rooms felt absolutely reasonable and justified for the facilities and service they provide.I honestly don’t understand why some people are giving bad reviews because my personal experience was completely positive. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this place.One thing to suggest them to renovate the hotel that's it

I stayed at Sea Coast for three days recently and had a really positive experience. I was there just two days ago and felt genuinely happy with my stay. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to assist. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A highlight was the hotel's close proximity to the beach, which made the visit even better. The food was tasty, and the room rates seemed fair and justified given the services and amenities. I don't understand the negative reviews from others because my experience was entirely good. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. My only suggestion is that they consider renovating the hotel.

Lovely location, just a short walk to the beach.
