Our stay at JYOTSNA INTERNATIONAL was an absolute disappointment. The experience was nowhere near what the hotel’s online pictures and “luxury” room category suggest.The room was disgusting, with bugs, cockroaches, and spiderwebs throughout the room and washroom. The bed linen was dirty and broken, and the chairs and tables were filthy. The washroom was dirty and malfunctioning, and basic amenities were missing. To make matters worse, the pool water was dirty, and the reception/management staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no sense of cleanliness, hospitality, or basic standards expected from a hotel.They call it a luxury room, but what exactly is luxurious about this place? The gap between the online presentation and the actual condition of the property was shocking. The so-called luxury experience felt more like a marketing gimmick than reality.My advice: Do not blindly trust the online pictures, attractive discounts, or ratings when booking this hotel. Look carefully at recent guest reviews and consider other accommodation options before spending your money here.A hotel should provide basic cleanliness, functioning facilities, and respectful treatment of guests. Unfortunately, our experience at JYOTSNA INTERNATIONAL fell far short of these basic expectations.Highly disappointing. Not recommended. Save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel.
