**1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience**Stayed at **Pride Biznotel Digha from 5th–6th September**. After 500+ hotel stays across India and abroad, this was easily one of my worst experiences.The **website is highly misleading**. The “outdoor-facing room” was actually facing another building, and the actual room was **tiny and cramped compared to what is shown online**.“Parking available” is another misleading claim — the parking can accommodate only around **4 cars**. With no space available, I had to leave my car **on the open road overnight**.The worst part was the **rude and arrogant front desk behaviour**. I had three guests visiting for dinner and was told, very rudely, that they could stay for **only 30 minutes**. In 500+ hotel stays, I have never experienced such treatment.**Mr. Ashim’s behaviour was particularly rude and completely unacceptable for someone working in hospitality.****Do not book this hotel based on the website. What is advertised and what you actually experience are two very different things.****Never again. Would not recommend this property.**
Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to the following issues.1. The intercom was not working, making it difficult to contact the reception. 2. The ceiling fan was defective and operated only at one speed without adjustment. 3. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning. 4. The TV remote was not working. 5. Room service was extremely poor. I requested drinking water around9 to 9.30 PM the night before check-out, but it was never delivered, even by the time I checked out at10 AM the next morning. 6. Since the intercom was out of order, I had to visit the reception in person whenever I needed assistance. My room number was306. "Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of timely assistance. I hope these issues will be addressed so that future guests can enjoy a better experience."
