Disappointing Stay Experience

Stayed at Pride Biznotel Digha from 5th to 6th September. Having stayed in over 500 hotels in India and abroad, this was definitely one of my worst experiences. The website is very misleading. The "outdoor-facing room" actually faced another building, and the room itself was much smaller and more cramped than shown online. The claim of "parking available" is also misleading — the parking lot fits only about 4 cars. With no space left, I had to leave my car on the open road overnight. The worst part was the rude and arrogant behavior at the front desk. When I had three guests over for dinner, I was rudely told they could stay for only 30 minutes. In all my hotel stays, I have never been treated like this. Mr. Ashim's behavior was especially rude and totally unacceptable for someone in hospitality. Do not book this hotel based on the website. What is advertised and what you actually get are very different. Never again. Would not recommend this place.
