Please add an exhaust fan in the washroom. Apart from that, everything about this hotel is truly excellent.

Overwhelmed. A great spot for a family stay. Affordable, offers well-prepared meals at fair prices, and has friendly, cheerful staff. Definitely planning to return. Also, they feature a rooftop pool and several rooms with sea views.

Rooms are very good, the staff behaviour is good, but had a really bad experience today with the hotel manager, I stayed here with my mother & 3years old son, I have checked in on 2nd aug at 2:30p.m & checking out today my bus time is 1:30 p.m so I requested the manager to allow us to stay till 12:00 or 12:30 I asked to take something extra for this 2 hours but he is saying not possible else we need to pay 2000 for that I kept requesting him to understand the situation but he just hung up the phone. It is like he treated us like he doing some favour on us if this least hospitality or respect can't be provided in a lean day like Tuesday where there is no such rush with this rude behaviour then this is really a problem though the rooms are so good but we will really not recommend anyone for this hotel with kind of behaviour from manager

I checked in on August 2nd at 2:30 p.m. and today, since my bus is at 1:30 p.m., I asked the manager if we could stay until 12:00 or 12:30. I was willing to pay extra for those 2 hours, but he said it was not possible unless we paid 2000. I kept trying to explain our situation, but he just hung up on me. It felt like he was doing us a favor rather than providing hospitality. If this is the level of respect and service on a slow day like Tuesday with no rush, then it's a serious issue. Although the rooms are great, we definitely would not recommend this hotel because of the manager's rude behavior.

My experience was very disappointing. I've been trying to book a room for two days, providing all necessary details via WhatsApp as asked, but received no reply. I also made several calls, none of which were answered. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If no rooms are available, at least inform customers instead of ignoring their messages and calls. A hotel that fails to respond to simple booking questions leaves a bad first impression. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel because of its unprofessional communication and poor customer support.
