We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel.the room were cleaned, comfortable and well maintained.the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and Atmosphere was relaxing.we truly enjoyed our stay and created many happy memories together.i highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable, safe and enjoyable place to stay and would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 days and my experience was horrible. The washroom sucks, the kettle was broken even after changing, the lights of the room were not working, the curtains were dirty and what not... In the morning today, suddenly the water stopped coming in the washroom and upon repeated complaining, we were very casually informed that the pump had stopped working due to some issue... The staff were told not to inform the manager and all the managers were sleeping upstairs but didn't even bother to come downstairs and do something as if it was a regular matter. All the people were stuck in the washroom with no water and it was a sort of emergency.After wasting 3-4 hours, we got the water back and because of it, all my plans of the day got ruined. The manager were very calmly smiling when we complained.The service was very disappointing, and the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The 4 hotel working staff were itself complaining that they were only the 4 who were employed to work throughout the day in such a big hotel and didn't have time even to eat.The only good things about it is the location, it is very prime and close to all the tourist places, whether it's beach, park or jagannath temple. The restaurant downstairs was average with sufficient quantity. Expected better from this reputed hotel.

This hotel does not allow women to use its washroom. My bus was at 11:35 PM, and when I politely requested the staff at Hotel Ambalika to let me use the washroom, they refused. The government toilet nearby was already closed at that time. As per government guidelines, women are allowed to use hotel washrooms. However, when I pointed this out to the staff member, he became even more rude and told me to use a public toilet instead. His behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable. The staff behaved very rudely, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

Great experience, staff were very good , wonderful service would love to visit again , request the visitor to visit at least once so that they can experience the best hospitality .
