Doors had loose handles which would come in hand while closing and opening the doors Had to change the bedding which did not seem fresh and clean Furniture within room was old and plywood was visible at various locations The cupboard was in the bathroom which made it unusable. The aircon was controlled from outside and had to ask to turn it on even while you have booking is known. There was no intercom to call reception had to call on mobile number Breakfast was not included in the stay.

This hotel is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spotless and the food is top quality. We enjoyed our stay here. They promptly addressed our requests and provided great service. It's the best hotel close to Mahalaxmi Temple, and we are completely satisfied.
