Hotel Shrinath Palace

The room was quite spacious, no doubt about that, and that was the only major positive point of my stay. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience.The hotel charged ’1000 for early check-in, which I accepted, but I expected better room maintenance in return. The room door lock was not working properly, and the bathroom lock was also faulty. The wash basin was broken, which clearly showed a lack of upkeep.Additionally, the window AC was very slow in cooling the room and made a lot of noise throughout the stay, making it uncomfortable to relax or sleep.Overall, while the room size was good, the poor maintenance and facilities made the stay disappointing. The hotel should focus more on repairing and maintaining its rooms.
