This is horrible experience for me. I stayed from morning to evening here. I was asking for the invoice but their printer was not working. So they asked me to wait, I was waited for sometime after they said we will send it in WhatsApp. Bcz of urgency I left. After that they have not picked my call not sent my invoice and no response. Worst experience 4 star is name shake. Not worth for one star. I came for work trip. I have to submit my bills otherwise I can't claim it too

The property is good and well maintained. However, the staff lack professional training. One of the staff members was seen sitting on top of the reception table, and some others displayed casual and unprofessional behaviour in the way they conducted themselves.The breakfast was nice, and there was one bearer in the restaurant who stood out for his pleasant demeanour and constant smile. His courteous attitude was truly the saving grace among the staff.I was on a work trip, and the hotel’s location within the city made it convenient, with easy accessibility to surrounding areas.

I used to really enjoy the food at this hotel. Around 6’10 months ago, the quality was excellent, and it was one of the best places to eat in Kannur. Unfortunately, the food quality has dropped drastically now. The taste, freshness, and overall experience are very poor compared to before. It’s disappointing to see such a decline, especially from a place that once served amazing food. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the previous quality.

I had a wonderful experience at hotel Sky pearl, and I am truly impressed with their services. The rooms were fabulous’clean, spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The ambiance was pleasant, and everything was arranged thoughtfully, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.I also conducted my engagement party in the hotel’s banquet hall, and it was an amazing experience. The banquet hall was beautifully set up, elegant, and spacious. The staff provided excellent support throughout the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The service, coordination, and overall management were outstanding and exceeded our expectations.Overall, every aspect’from the rooms to the banquet hall services’was excellent and fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfortable stays and special occasions. It truly made our celebration memorable.
