Disappointing Stay Experience

Our experience was quite disappointing. The staff repeatedly knocked on our door in the morning, causing discomfort. The room lacked a towel initially, and we had to request one multiple times. The staff should pay more attention to guests' privacy and essential needs. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and clearly requires improvement.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There was no reliable hot water, no backup power, and the rooms were poorly maintained and quite dirty. The staff kept saying this was the only hotel of its kind in Vijayawada, but that’s not true—there are many better hotels at similar or even lower prices. Another negative was how often they asked for money. Every morning, staff would knock on our door, supposedly for housekeeping, but then ask for money, which made us uncomfortable. I also had a problem with an extra ₹1,800 charge for three days for an additional adult. At booking, only one adult was selected, possibly due to a platform issue, but the price shown was the same even when searching for two people. I explained this to the hotel and showed the booking details, but the owner refused to accept it and insisted I pay the extra or move to another room. Asking a married couple to stay separately is unreasonable. I spoke with the owner directly, but it seemed their priority was more about getting extra money than addressing my concerns. I strongly advise families and couples to check the hotel in person before booking. This place might suit budget solo travelers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families wanting cleanliness, comfort, proper facilities, and good service. Also, don’t rely solely on booking platforms—look at recent reviews and, if possible, visit the property before paying. I regret choosing this hotel and won’t stay here again. If anyone wants proof, feel free to contact me.
