Poor hygiene, unsafe rooms and inadequate maintenance

Booked because of the prime location for easy access, but was thoroughly disappointed with the reception staff shifting rooms from one hotel to another on the reason of the hotel being full. And the other hotel we were directed to was a very old building with improper rooms. The rooms felt very unsafe and under maintained. Only because it’s in the prime area of Benz circle does not excuse the hotel management to neglect the maintenance of a hotel Worst experience ever.
