One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely poor, slow, and unprofessional. We had to wait far too long for our order, and even after repeatedly following up, there was no proper response from the staff.The staff showed very little concern for customers, and the overall attitude was disappointing. The food/service did not justify the time or money spent.

Frustrating Stay Despite Help

I booked the hotel ahead of time and arrived late at night during heavy rain. The staff was very helpful and the check-in process was smooth. However, the real issues began afterward. Initially, they assigned me a room, but based on my previous stays at Minerva Properties, I expected comfort. Unfortunately, that room and the entire floor had a very unpleasant odor. The staff was again very accommodating and changed my room to a different floor upon request. Hoping for a good night's rest, I soon found that the air conditioner was not working. Despite calling their technician, the problem was not fixed. I'm writing this review at 3 AM. I would rate the staff support highly, but give zero stars to the property and rooms.
