Booked Hotel in advance, arrived late night in heavy rain.Staff was very supportive and check in was hassle-free.Real problem comes after that, first they gave a room, with past experiences of staying in Minerva Properties, went to room hoping for a comfortable stay, but that room and complete floor was having very bad and unpleasant smell.Again staff was very supportive and on request they changed the room, on another floor, this time Again was hoping for a comfortable sleep, but after sometime noticed Air Conditioner is not working.Called their technician but problem not resolved, writing this review at 3 AM in Morning.Giving starts for staff support, 0 stars for property and rooms

I booked the hotel ahead of time and arrived late at night during heavy rain. The staff was very helpful and the check-in process was smooth. However, the real issues began afterward. Initially, they assigned me a room, but based on my previous stays at Minerva Properties, I expected comfort. Unfortunately, that room and the entire floor had a very unpleasant odor. The staff was again very accommodating and changed my room to a different floor upon request. Hoping for a good night's rest, I soon found that the air conditioner was not working. Despite calling their technician, the problem was not fixed. I'm writing this review at 3 AM. I would rate the staff support highly, but give zero stars to the property and rooms.

Jagannath provided excellent service, and the entire staff was very friendly.

We were given nice rooms. The staff were courteous, especially the receptionist Priya, who was very kind and made our check-in process easy. I highly recommend this place 🤝🤝🤝
