I booked a hotel on Saturday, January 17, as I had an exam scheduled on Sunday. I chose Hotel ’Uberoi Anand’ so that I could rest and prepare for the exam.Unfortunately, choosing this hotel was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. It would be better to spend the day or night on the road or at a railway station than to stay there. My experience was a complete nightmare.On January 17, the hotel owner or their family members hosted a party from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM, creating extreme noise with loud music and shouting.Despite multiple complaints to the hotel staff, they ignored the issue and continued their so-called party without any consideration for the guests.

Neglected Hotel Condition

Owners have no interest in the hotel as no innovation /renovation is there since last many years. Except location, everything is on down side. Next time I will search some other options.

Disappointing Service and Facilities

Rooms are okay, but the restrooms are a nightmare. Service is worst as the Kitchen as per the menu open till 11:30 PM, but close by nine 930 location is good as it is in centre of the market. Traffic from 8 AM in the morning till 9 PM night.
