The environment is very clean and tranquil, perfect for enjoying quality moments with your family. The rooms are close by and tidy, with options available for a family of four or a couple.

The hotel staff were very rude and completely uncooperative. I tried to order food from their restaurant, but they refused to assist me.

I have traveled from Malegaon to Aurangabad multiple times and, despite having my aunt's place there, I always preferred Hotel Unnati because I trusted it. Yesterday, I called ahead and was assured a room was available. After a tiring trip, we went straight from the railway station to the hotel without eating, only to be told no rooms were free. This was very unprofessional and showed no regard for guests' time or effort. To add to the disappointment, this isn't the first issue I've encountered—previous stays had dirty washrooms, unreliable water supply, and poor upkeep. Following this experience, I will never stay here again. I strongly advise against this hotel if you want honest communication, basic cleanliness, and decent customer service.

I have frequently stayed at Unnati Hotel over the years and even traveled from Hyderabad to Aurangabad because I trusted this hotel. Sadly, my latest visit was very disappointing. The staff assured me over the phone that rooms were available, but upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms. This is highly unprofessional and disregards guests' time, money, and effort. If rooms are not available, they should honestly say so on the phone instead of falsely confirming and causing unnecessary travel. Such misleading behavior is unacceptable, especially for loyal customers. Due to this, I have lost trust in the hotel and will not return. I cannot recommend it unless they improve their booking system and treat customers with honesty and respect.
