Couple • India • Jun 2026The infrastructure is so bad that a three star hotel can never have that kind of infrastructure and no toiletries were provided and they took literally 1 hour to get that room ready the price does not justify this kind of room i am really very upset with the time structure and the services. Rooms and the bed sheet towel all those things are not cleaned properly and the provided it.
I WAS JUST DENIED FOR CHECK IN EVEN WHEN MY BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED. BY JUST SAYING THAT WE DON'T RENT OUR ROOM AT THIS PRICE SO YOUR BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AT 01.30 NIGHT. THEN I HAD TO PAY WHOOPING 2200 EXTRA FOR NEW BOOKING AND PREVIOUS BOOKING AMOUNT WAS ALSO NOT REFUNDED. EXTREMELY PATHETIC.NOT ONLY ABOUT THIS HOTEL BUT ABOUT IXIGO TOO. BECAUSE, NOTHING WAS DONE BY IXIGO CORRESPONDANT AFTER LETING THEM KNOW.THEY REACT AS IT WAS NOT A VERY BIG ISSUE.
