Stayed at Hotel Zamrud during my Kashmir trip and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel is run by very professional and experienced people who take real care of their guests. The staff was polite, humble and always ready to help.I stayed in the lake view room facing the front side and the view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the peaceful Dal Lake view was one of the best parts of my stay.One thing I really appreciated was their hospitality. I had gone to visit Shankaracharya Temple and got delayed for breakfast. Even after breakfast timing, the hotel staff happily arranged food for me without any hesitation. The food was very tasty and it felt like having a family meal together.Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience. Location is also very convenient in the center area near Boulevard Road.
