Lemon Tree Hotel Srinagar

Extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially the breakfast, restaurant, and other amenities. The air conditioning was also not functioning. Not deserving of the Lemon Tree name. Worst experience ever at Lemon Tree Srinagar.

We organized a Roka ceremony, and the venue was fantastic with a heritage theme, DJ setup, and pool vibes. The food tasted as expected, and we really appreciated the service. The team members met the Lemon Tree standards. Thank you again, team, keep up the good work in Ganganagar.

Good hotel, tidy and clean. Faced a problem obtaining the bill due to a technical glitch in the backend system. There is a wedding hall beside the hotel, and rooms next to it experience noise during events.

Our experience at LEMON TREE SRINAGAR from June 19–20, 2026, was terrible. We were a group of four friends, including two women, and the hotel treated us very poorly. The room was dirty, the staff mocked us, and we had to leave in the middle of the night. We arrived at 8:15 PM after a long day and had booked two rooms, but one was unusable due to a blocked toilet with a horrible smell. When we asked for a new room, they claimed the hotel was full and falsely said it would take 10 minutes to fix. We were left waiting in the lobby for an hour without any updates, apologies, or even water. After waiting, I checked the room myself and found it was ready. The front desk staff, UZAIR and MUSAIB, were laughing and playing games while we waited. When confronted, they gave rude and dismissive responses. The manager, YAWAR, eventually appeared, sent the two staff away, but then refused to provide their full names or IDs, claiming they were trainees without badges, and then avoided us. Feeling unsafe and disrespected, we decided not to stay. Since it was peak season, we had to spend three hours in the hotel lobby trying to find another place, with no help from the staff. When we finally left, the manager and staff ignored us completely. LEMON TREE SRINAGAR has terrible customer service, and the staff are unprofessional. I strongly advise against staying here.

The rooms were not clean. After a long day, we arrived at the hotel to check in at 8pm and got a room with a smelly bathroom. They promised to fix it. After 45 minutes, when we asked for an update, the receptionist said, “yeah it is, I thought you went and checked,” even though we were sitting right there in the lobby waiting. Uzair and Musaib were laughing at the situation while the women were also waiting. Very unprofessional. These are the kind of people they hire in hospitality. I doubt any action will be taken, even though the manager said he would, because he is all talk and no action.
