IL Palazzo Villas - Heritage Boutique Resort

This place feels like a second home, and with Kobad and Lilly back in charge, I find myself loving it even more.

First class experience. The staff is warm and friendly.. Had a cozy comfortable stay. The meals were delicious and surplus quantity. The resort being pet friendly is a plus point. Would highly recommend if you want an quiet stay.

The benchmark for personal hospitality. If you want a cold, corporate 5-star hotel, this isn't the place. But if you seek true hospitality, heartfelt care, and impeccable service, Il Palazzo Villas in Panchgani is unmatched. I've known owners Kobad and Lily for over 38 years, and they consistently deliver a level no corporate chain can rival. We visited during the busiest summer holiday period, and while others make excuses, Il Palazzo was flawless in every way. Why Il Palazzo is unique: • The 'Your Wish is My Command' philosophy: Kobad and Lily's dedication and genuine desire to please guests make them feel like family, attentively meeting every need. Meeting their extended family reveals kindness runs deep. • Culinary excellence: The quality, quantity, and variety of food at all meals is worthy of professional acclaim. • Flexible dining and stunning grounds: Indoor and outdoor dining options abound, with beautiful gardens featuring Panchgani's famous oak trees. • Excellent amenities and staff: Spacious, well-equipped rooms and a small recreation area for relaxation. The staff, reflecting the owners, are highly trained and attentive. • Truly pet-friendly: Their warm approach to pets makes traveling with furry companions a pleasure. After nearly four decades, my preference remains the same: I will always return. Thanks to Kobad, Lily, and the whole team for showing what genuine hospitality means.

A peaceful retreat. I wonder why we hadn't discovered this spot earlier. The garden is beautifully maintained, the areas for relaxation are inviting, and the hosts are very welcoming. Truly, it was flawless.
