I really like the way of welcoming staffs and there Great behaviour.. one of the staff is so soft and nice ’? great i really love it... Coz my rooms in 2nd floor in my family 2 old peoples they didn't go up in steps staff sey I will arrange u both 3 rooms in ground floor and they immediately arrange 1 room to fresh up after 15 mins they also arrange another 2 rooms also really good service

We have booked family room with free breakfast for 2 nights stay for 3 adults through Amazonpay/ MMT. Room was too spacious (one king size bed and one single bed). Breakfast was simple and good offered in room at 0830am. Hotel is middle of the town, so this hotel location was added advantage for visiting places. Hospitality of staff is excellent. We enjoyed one night stay.

Itsy Hill Town, Madikeri is a wonderful retreat that truly elevates the Coorg experience. The location is excellent’peaceful, scenic, and perfectly placed to explore the surroundings. The property is very well maintained, with neat rooms and a calm, welcoming ambience that instantly makes you feel relaxed.The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared, adding a great start to the day. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Their warmth and hospitality make a lasting impression.They also arranged sightseeing at a very nominal charge, giving ample time at each spot without any rush, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to Mr. Sachin, who took excellent care of us and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable throughout the stay.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madikeri and looking for comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality.
