Magnificent hotel a few minutes’ drive to the city centre. Seamless check in and check out. Outstanding front of house service. The grounds are magnificent. Great coffee shop on the premises. Dinner was sumptuous and breakfast was breath taking. The room is large, luxurious and well appointed. What makes this hotel so special are the wonderful, well-trained staff. They are absolutely customer centric. A treat to stay there.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from 13th’15th February 2025 during our holiday in Rajasthan, and after a tiring yet wonderful journey, choosing this hotel turned out to be one of our best decisions.The restaurant, housekeeping, and support staff were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast felt like a feast, with a wide spread and attentive staff present throughout the service.We did, however, feel that the reception experience could have been better. A more welcoming, vigilant, and well-informed approach from the reception manager would have enhanced our stay. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process took over an hour, and we had hoped for a smoother and quicker procedure.Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we are truly grateful to the restaurant team ’ including the server, butler, chef, and manager. We stayed at Marriott, Jaisalmer for five days and these are the best things about the property, rooms are very spacious, well lit, housekeeping, room service , hospitality is top notch, the breakfast buffet is a lovely spread’. Many options for vegan, non veg as well as gluten free, the property has been well taken care off’ and i want to thank the Chef for the amazing Jaggery Cheesecake- must must try !
